Meg Kappler

Meg (she/her) has a varied and extensive background in theatre arts, mental health, and administration.  She is a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State with advanced training in creative arts therapies, specifically Drama Therapy and Psychodrama.  She is a co-founder of Full Circle Theatre Company and theatre has been a huge part of her life for over 35 years.  She spent time as a professional scenic artist in the Puget Sound area before moving into the mental health care field. Meg served as the Clinic Administrator for the behavioral health department at Columbia Valley Community Health, and is thrilled to be putting her arts and administrative experience to work for this incredible organization.

As the director of the NCW Arts Alliance, her goal is to open doors for as many people as possible to cross thresholds into spaces where their artistic voices are valued and where they can access authenticity, wellbeing, creativity, and inspiration.
