OUR MISSION:
NCW Arts nurtures our region by uplifting and connecting artists and communities throughout North Central Washington.
We are a 501c-3 non-profit dedicated to establishing and maintaining a regional infrastructure that connects artists of all stripes to each other and to the communities of North Central Washington.
We work heighten awareness around Arts events and initiatives; support working artists; increase access to arts education and opportunities; and, in the process, strengthen the regional economy and enhance public wellness on behalf of all who call North Central Washington home.
WHAT IS NCW ARTS DOING?
GROWING! We are proud and excited to have accomplished the following in our first three years:
Launched the regional Artist Index, inclusive of all artistic disciplines and a robust website with access to current arts events and opportunities.
Expanded our monthly magazine the ArtBeat in partnership with The Comet Magazine.
Re-invigorated the Wenatchee First Friday monthly event in partnership with the Wenatchee Downtown Association and Visit Wenatchee.
We are also fundraising and creating initial membership and partnership programs to help sustain the organization into the future.
