Marnie Lynn is a traditional artist (dabbling in digital) based in East Wenatchee, Washington.
She has been putting brush and pen to paper throughout childhood and has continued to keep her love of art flowing through college and beyond. Over the years she’s been exploring and experimenting with multiple mediums including acrylic, gouache, ink, oils and watercolors.
Marnie’s artwork has been in the juried exhibition at The Wenatchee Valley Museum and also Life’s Little Pleasures Small Works Show and The Water Show at The Confluence Art Gallery in Twisp, WA. Her art can also be found in the gift shop at The Confluence Art Gallery. She has worked in collaboration as a guest artist with Higgins Inks, producing short art videos showing her creation process and posting finished work on social media. She has been selected twice as artist of the month at Aslan Brewing Co. in Bellingham where she displayed a large collection of her ink and watercolor pieces. Marnie has taken a mural course at Wenatchee Valley College and is experienced with mural painting, applying her ideas on a large scale with several solo and collaboration mural artworks.
Her work is inspired by the natural surroundings of Central Washington and the Pacific Northwest. She enjoys capturing the beauty of nature with a stylized approach, mixing layers of geometric and organic designs with bold black ink and color, always aspiring to find balance and harmony in her artwork.
