Holly Thorpe (she/her, they/them) is a writer, educator and community organizer in North Central Washington. Currently, Holly teaches English as a full-time faculty member at Wenatchee Valley College and is earning her Ph.D. in Education at Seattle Pacific University. She also works a freelance journalist, writing for regional publications. She holds an MFA in creative writing from Eastern Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in communications/journalism from University of Washington. She shares her home in Wenatchee, Wash. with her partner, two dogs, two cats, a handful of chickens and reptiles, and too many houseplants.
