Carl Tosten Guitar Workshop

Carl Tosten is a singer, songwriter, artist representative & traveling clinician for several major manufacturers. the workshop will be an open format and attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions addressing their musical needs. Here is some of what you can expect:

Basic fingerpicking and strumming techniques, working with a metronome.
Introduction to drop D and Dadgad tunings.
Learning simple percussive techniques to accompany playing solo.
Using harmonics within a song, plucked and slapped,
Simple fingering exercises to gain speed and dexterity.
Basic composition and using your voice to find notes,
Using multiple capos including partial capos to create various chords in standard tuning​

Registration limited to 60 attendees.
