Hello! I'm Emily and I am the artist behind Alpine Stitches. I currently reside in beautiful Leavenworth, Washington in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains.
Over the past few years, Washington's immensely varied landscapes have expanded my love for the outdoors and have been the inspiration for many of my landscape pieces. After experimenting with different embroidery styles over several years, I finally combined my love of natural landscapes with my chosen medium in 2019.
When I am not embroidering, you can find me climbing, biking, skiing, pack rafting, or simply being in constant awe of where I am fortunate enough to call home.
