Umami Dearest is a funk, soul, and neo soul group based out of Cashmere, WA that celebrates music that makes our bodies move, our heads nod, and is an homage to deep pocketed grooves, soulful riffs, and collective improvisation that leans on our education in jazz and the music we love. The band is made up of Rhia Foster, Seth Garrido, Kyle Sommers, Mary Schmidt, Mike Roach, Todd Smith, Domingo Gonzalez, and Andy Schmidt who all live locally and are committed to the local music scene and enhancing the funkiness of the valley.
