Festival Info for Artists
Participation Requirements
Participants must pay application and booth fees. No commissions will be charged for art sold in booths at the festival.
If two or more art businesses are sharing a booth, each art business must submit a separate online application along with the $10 fee. Submitted images must correspond with their respective application. Only one booth fee will be charged for such an arrangement.
After images are reviewed and accepted by the Festival Committee, items presented for sale must be consistent with those images.
Booths may not contain work of non-reviewed artists.
Accepted participants or their designated representatives must be present during show hours. However, the Festival staff will provide temporary booth-sitters upon request.
Booth Information
Fill in the Artist Application (on this page) and after submission, you will receive an email to let you know your application was received. Then you can expect another email with links to the Festival Booth Contract, sent to artists who are selected to participate. When you fill in and submit the Festival Booth Contract, you will also pay the booth fee.

10×10 $150
10×15 $175
Double 10×20 $200
Show Hours
Because we understand that our Festival participants may have different scheduling demands, you may choose from one of two options (booth fees will remain the same and your selection does not impact your booth placement)
OPTION 1 – Show your work to the public on three days:
Friday June 26 Noon until 6 PM (security will be provided Friday night)
Saturday June 27 10 AM until 6 PM (Security will be provided Saturday night)
Sunday June 28 10 AM until 3 PM
Booth Setup and Takedown
OPTION 1 –
Booth setup Friday June 26, 9 AM until Noon.
Booth takedown Sunday June 28, 3 PM to 7 PM.

OPTION 2 – Show your work to the public on two days:
Saturday June 27 10 AM until 6 PM (Security will be provided Saturday night)
Sunday June 28 10 AM until 3 PM
