The NWC Arts Alliance is seeking volunteers for our two debut pop-up art events.

We need help on all fronts and would love to add you to our Team!

COMMITTEEFOCUSRESPONSIBILITIES
Sponsorship & FundraisingThe Money: Securing all donations, corporate sponsors, and grants to cover event costs and fund NCW ARTS.Sponsor Tiers & Asks: Deliver sponsor packages and explain benefits (e.g., logo on bar, VIP invites).
Targeting & Outreach: Compile prospect list of local businesses/ major donors and execute personalized invites/ pitches.
Donor Stewardship: Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all sponsor/ donor benefits and prepare final thank-you letters.
Patron Cultivation & SalesThe Buyers: Ensuring the right people attend, managing the exclusive experience, and maximizing art sales.VIP/Collector List: Compile and manage the list of important collectors for phone calls/direct invites (Friday event focus).
General Patron Invites: Execute email and printed mailer campaigns for the general public (Saturday event focus).
Sales Ops: Select, test, and staff the Point-of-Sale (POS) system for smooth, professional art sales and donor check-out.
Post-Event Survey: Design and execute a quick satisfaction survey for patrons and a comprehensive one for artists.
Curation & Artist RelationsThe Art: Defining the quality, selection, and professional display of all artwork.Selection & Vetting: Finalize artwork list to ensure high quality suitable for collector purchasing power.
Display & Flow: Design sophisticated layout for both venues, including lighting and installation needs.
Artist Coordination: Manage consignment agreements, artwork labeling, and detailed load-in/load-out schedules.
Experience & LogisticsThe Venue: Managing the physical spaces, vendors, setup, and enhancing the atmosphere.Food & Beverage (F&B): Plan out bar service (wine/ beer/ staffing) and figure out snacks/ food.
Entertainment: Contract and coordinate the DJ/music and ensure a pleasant atmosphere at Event.
Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers for greeting, F&B support, and security coverage.
Digital Assets & PromotionThe Buzz: Creating and distributing compelling content before, during, and after the events.Content Capture: Secure a dedicated photographer/ videographer for Events
Social Strategy: Create and execute the 7-day countdown social media plan across all platforms.
Artist Features: Produce short Reels/Demos of featured artists’ work/process for pre-event promotion.
Post-Event Assets: Organize and archive all photo/video assets for future event marketing.
